According to customs statistics, in the first 10 months of this year, the total value of China's imports and exports reached 34.32 trillion yuan, with a year-on-year growth of 0.03% (the same below). Among them, exports amounted to 19.55 trillion yuan, showing an increase of 0.4%, while imports totaled 14.77 trillion yuan, reflecting a decrease of 0.5%. The trade surplus reached 4.78 trillion yuan, expanding by 3.2%.
In terms of US dollars, the total value of China's imports and exports for the first 10 months of this year amounted to 4.9 trillion US dollars, marking a 6% decrease. Specifically, exports were 2.79 trillion US dollars, down by 5.6%, and imports were 2.11 trillion US dollars, decreasing by 6.5%. The trade surplus was 684.04 billion US dollars, narrowing by 2.7%.
